Custom Quad-tip Stainless Steel Exhaust designed in-house
Custom Air Intake System with Air-straightener and Blitz Filter designed in-house

We designed, welded, and installed this custom quad-tip exhaust in-house. It is made from 100% stainless steel construction, including the piping, hangars, mufflers, and tips. The cost for this custom exhaust is $1250 installed.

We also designed and installed a custom air intake system for this car as well. The intake incorporates an air straightener grid for the MAF and features a Blitz stainless steel air filter for high flow capacity. The cost for this custom intake is $349 installed.

This 2011 BMW 1M came to us with plans of turning it into a great high performance project car. The first stage involved upgrading the suspension with quality H&R components and upgrading the diverter valve. Forge billet aluminum diverter valves hold boost better than the plastic valves, last longer, and look better too. If you plan to significantly upgrade your turbo car, we strongly recommend investing in a quality Forge Diverter Valve.

Since the initial posting for this car, it has come back to us a few times. We have increased the performance with an Active Autowerke Downpipe, AFE Dual Cone Intake, and custom tuning with the Cobb AccessPort.
